Attended to the Opening of Township Register for Etwatwa Extension 35, which include inter alia; Registration of Servitudes, Consolidation of Properties, Issuing of Certificates of Registered Title for Subdivided Portions, Proclmation, Obtaining Section 113/82 certficate as well obtaining the Consent from the Minister of Agriculture
Part of the team that attended to the Opening of Township Register, Proclamation and Registration of Transfers for Lufhereng and Lufhereng Extension 1 projects and simultaneous transfer of 1832 stands to approved Housung Beneficiaries on behalf of the City of Johannesburg and Currently attending to the opening of the Township Register for Comet Extension 17, Brakpan Extension 13 and John Dube Village Extension 1 Townships and the opening of Township Register for Rethabiseng Extension 5 Township.
